Bet Placement Disconnection: If a player is disconnected before a bet is placed, the bet will not be valid, and the account balance will remain unaffected.
Post-Bet Disconnection: If a player is disconnected after placing a bet, the bet will be valid, and the account balance will be automatically adjusted to reflect the outcome of the bet. For example, if a player places a bet and loses, the loss will be deducted from the account balance.
Verification of Bets: Players can verify bets and outcomes by making a formal request through Customer Support. This verification process does not alter the results of the bet.
Continuous Issues: If problems persist, please contact Customer Support for assistance. Each case will be independently and thoroughly investigated.
Policy Modification: GoJudi reserves the right to modify this policy and make the final decision on all related matters at any time. Changes will be communicated through in-app messages, emails, WhatsApp, or written messages.
Pre-Bet Disconnection: If a disconnection occurs before placing a bet on any choice within the Baccarat table (Player, Banker, Tie, and/or Pair), the bet will not be valid, and no adjustments will be made to the account balance.
Post-Bet Disconnection: If a disconnection occurs after placing a bet on any choice within the Baccarat table (Player, Banker, Tie, and/or Pair), the bet will be valid, and adjustments will be made to the account balance accordingly.
Pre-Bet Disconnection: If a disconnection occurs before placing a bet on any numbers within the Roulette table (number, color, even, odd, and/or number range), the bet will not be valid, and no adjustments will be made to the account balance.
Post-Bet Disconnection: If a disconnection occurs after placing a bet on any numbers within the Roulette table (number, color, even, odd, and/or number range), the bet will be valid, and adjustments will be made to the account balance accordingly.
