1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Player (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and GoJudi.
1.2 By using or visiting any section of our website www.gojudi.com or any other websites owned by GoJudi, via TV, PC, mobile devices, or any other communication mediums to access the gaming services including downloadable applications (the Websites) and/or register on the website, the User consents to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the (i) account registration procedures (ii) all gaming and gaming transactions (iii) our Privacy Policy and (iv) the Rules of the games (collectively referred to as T&C).
1.3 The User must read these T&C carefully in their entirety before clicking on the "ACCEPT" button. If the User does not agree with any provision of these T&C, the User must not use or continue to use the Website.

1.8 In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and game-specific terms and conditions, the latter shall prevail. Where game-specific terms do not cover an aspect, these Terms and Conditions shall apply.

1.11 Rules and explanations for participating in GoJudi Games, maintaining the User account, the Privacy Policy, and other important information are provided in separate links on the Website and are incorporated into these T&C by reference.
1.12 References to GoJudi Games in this agreement include Casino, Rush Poker, and other Games as they become available. GoJudi reserves the right to add and remove Games at its discretion.
1.13 These T&C are published in multiple languages for informational purposes and ease of access. The English version is the legal basis of the relationship between the User and GoJudi. In case of discrepancies between versions, the English version shall prevail.
1.14 If the User opens or attempts to open more than one account, GoJudi may block or close any or all of the User's accounts at its discretion. If GoJudi allows the User to maintain one account, it shall be the first created account to which the User's remaining deposits will be transferred. GoJudi will deduct an administrative fee of 10% of the wallet balance or USD 30, whichever is higher, for every additional account.

2.1 Registration and Opening of the User Member Account:
2.1.1 To participate in GoJudi Games for real money, the applicant must be 18 years of age to register an account ("Member Account") and deposit money in the manner stipulated.
2.1.2 Residents of the United States, Singapore, Philippines, and Hong Kong are not allowed to open an account with GoJudi. Registrations from these countries will be immediately and indefinitely suspended. It is the User's responsibility to determine the legal status of internet gambling in their jurisdiction. 2.1.10 Users cannot transfer funds between accounts or receive money from other Users.

2.2 Deposits into the User's Member Account:
2.2.1 Users may only participate in Games if they have sufficient funds in their Member Account. GoJudi does not provide credit for participation.
2.2.2 Deposit methods and information can be found under “My Account” and “Deposit” pages of the Website. Some methods may not be available in certain countries.
2.2.3 Deposits may incur charges, depending on the method selected. The User's bank may also independently charge fees.
2.2.4 GoJudi accepts payments in multiple currencies. Payments in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate.
2.2.5 For credit or debit card deposits, funds are credited upon receiving an approval and authorization code from the card's issuing bank.

2.2.7 GoJudi does not grant credit for its services.
2.2.8 Credit balances do not bear interest.
2.3 Account Administration:
2.3.1 GoJudi operates the User's Member Account, calculating the amount of money staked or offered to stake on a bet, the "Reserved Amount", and the "Available to Bet" balance.
2.3.2 The "Available to Bet" balance determines the User's betting limit.
2.3.3 GoJudi's calculations of the User's balances are final and not subject to enquiry or investigation.
2.3.4 GoJudi may set off any losses against gains.
2.3.5 Deposits are held for the User's use until they place a bet. GoJudi holds the amount staked until the outcome of the bet is determined.
2.3.6 Once a bet is placed, it cannot be canceled or withdrawn.
2.4 Payouts:
2.4.1 Winnings will be credited to the User's Member Account upon determination of the Game outcome.
2.4.2 If winnings are mistakenly credited, they remain the property of GoJudi and will be removed. The User must notify GoJudi immediately in case of incorrect crediting.
2.4.3 Verification procedures will be carried out for payouts exceeding USD 2,500. Lower amounts may also be subject to verification.
2.5 Withdrawals from the User's Member Account:
2.5.1 Users may withdraw up to their “Available to Bet” balance by issuing a valid notice of withdrawal.
2.5.2 To withdraw all funds, the User must cancel any outstanding stakes.
2.5.3 Withdrawal requests must be made via the Website.
2.5.4 The maximum withdrawal amount in a 24-hour period is USD 5,000, unless otherwise arranged.

2.5.6 GoJudi reserves the right to credit withdrawals using the same method as the deposit.

2.6.4 Inactive accounts for one year may have balances removed after notification.

3.1 The User declares and warrants that:
3.1.1 The User is 18 years of age or older and not prohibited from participating in the Games by any laws.

13.1 If any provision is deemed illegal or unenforceable, it will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in force.
14.1 GoJudi reserves the right to assign or transfer this Agreement. The User cannot assign or transfer this Agreement.
15.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and GoJudi, superseding all prior communications.
15.2 A printed version of this Agreement and any electronic notices are admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings.
